Chicken Wings in Light Beer Marinade

Ingredients for 4 servings:

Preparation

  1. Cook the marinade
  • Heat oil in a small saucepan, briefly sauté the garlic.
  • Add tomato paste and lightly roast.
  • Deglaze with the pale beer.
  • Add Every BEER you take.
  • Stir well.
  • Let cool.
  1. Marinate the chicken wings
  • Place the wings in a bowl or zip bag and pour over the cooled marinade.
  • Mix thoroughly and marinate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

-> Oven

  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C fan.
  • Place the wings on a wire rack with parchment paper underneath (to catch drips).
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with marinade.
  • For the last 5 minutes: switch on the grill function for a crispy crust.

-> Grill

  • Grill indirectly over medium heat for about 20–25 minutes.
  • Finish with a quick sear over direct heat – brush with marinade and let caramelize.

-> Airfryer

  • Preheat to 190 °C.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer and cook for about 22–25 minutes.
  • Flip halfway through and brush with more marinade.
  • For the last 3–5 minutes, increase to 200 °C for extra crunch.
