- Cook the marinade
- Heat oil in a small saucepan, briefly sauté the garlic.
- Add tomato paste and lightly roast.
- Deglaze with the pale beer.
- Add Every BEER you take.
- Stir well.
- Let cool.
- Marinate the chicken wings
- Place the wings in a bowl or zip bag and pour over the cooled marinade.
- Mix thoroughly and marinate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

- Preheat the oven to 200 °C fan.
- Place the wings on a wire rack with parchment paper underneath (to catch drips).
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with marinade.
- For the last 5 minutes: switch on the grill function for a crispy crust.

- Grill indirectly over medium heat for about 20–25 minutes.
- Finish with a quick sear over direct heat – brush with marinade and let caramelize.

- Preheat to 190 °C.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer and cook for about 22–25 minutes.
- Flip halfway through and brush with more marinade.
- For the last 3–5 minutes, increase to 200 °C for extra crunch.
