Flame-Grilled Salmon

Ingredients for 6 servings

Preparation

Pat the salmon fillet dry and remove any bones if necessary. Rub with a little oil and season with “How much is the Fish”.

Grill over the fire or in a closed grill until it reaches an internal temperature of about 55°C.
