Gans N’Roses Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients for 6 servings

Preparation

Marinate the chicken drumsticks with the seasoning and oil in a bag or bowl.

Cook over indirect heat at around 180°C with a bit of smoke until they reach an internal temperature of about 85–90°C.

Just before reaching the desired doneness, brush with maple syrup and let it caramelize briefly.
