- ready-smoked pulled pork made from pork neck (here seasoned with Rock'n'Rubs "Sweet Rub of Mine")
- Peachy Bourbon BBQ Beans (see recipe below)
- Sour cream or crème fraîche
- Coleslaw (American-Style Cabbage Salad)
- BBQ sauce to taste
