The intensely aromatic “Truffle Shuffle” rub is the perfect way to elevate top-quality meat. Whether you’re working with prime rib roast or, like here, an Iberico rack, “Truffle Shuffle” takes everything to the next level!

 

Preparation:

Pat the meat dry, trim as needed, and season generously with “Truffle Shuffle.”

Grill over indirect medium heat (about 160–180°C) until the internal temperature reaches 60°C.

Let the meat rest, covered, for a few minutes before serving.

 

Tip: Mix the rub with coarsely grated Parmesan for an irresistible truffle-Parmesan crust!
