Winner – Bacon Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients for 2 servings

Preparation

There’s a trick to making the perfect scrambled eggs—and the perfect seasoning.

The secret: for every 2 whole eggs, add an extra yolk for an incredibly creamy, fluffy result. The perfect seasoning? Our “The Winner Steaks it All – Classic Style”.

Preparation:

Heat a pan on the stove or grill over medium heat and fry the bacon slices until they reach your desired level of crispiness. Let the bacon drain on a paper towel.

Crack the 4 eggs and 2 yolks into a bowl and whisk together. Cook the mixture in the pan using the bacon fat, occasionally removing the pan from the heat and stirring continuously to prevent the scrambled eggs from overcooking. Since eggs continue to cook from residual heat, it’s best to take them off the heat just before they reach your preferred doneness. Serve on pre-warmed plates, seasoned with “The Winner Steaks it All – Classic Style”, and garnish with chives and bacon.
