Slice the oranges into rounds about 6\u20138 mm thick. Prepare your grill for indirect or low direct heat at around 150\u00b0C. Place the orange slices on the grill grate and set the fish fillets on top of them. Grill until cooked to your desired doneness (ideally, an internal temperature of about 55\u00b0C). Use a burger flipper or spatula to lift the fish along with the orange slices off the grill and serve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip<\/strong>: This method also works great for grilling chicken breasts, pork tenderloin, shrimp, and much more.
